Modern studio located on the ground floor of a building on Via dei Riari, in the heart of the picturesque Rione Trastevere, close to the Isola Tiberina. It is comprised of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a night area with two comfortable French beds, and a bathroom with a shower, and it is equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV, safe, and wi-fi. The location, central and quiet at the same time, makes it the ideal solution for couples wishing to spend a relaxing vacation in the most beautiful city in the world.
The Trastevere area consists of a maze of narrow streets that is still, despite the evident gentrification, one of the city's most authentically Roman neighborhoods. Literally translated, Trastevere means "across the Tiber", which, of course, describes its proximity to the historical center, just southwest on the other side of the river, and just a ten-minute walk away. This area includes two neighborhoods: Trastevere and Monteverde. The first one is a modern and residential area full of nice apartments where you can find green open spaces (such as the huge and beautiful Villa Doria Pamphili, one of the biggest parks in Rome), trading areas, and many different shops. Trastevere is one of the oldest and typical neighborhoods of the city. The narrow paved streets and allays are plenty of cinemas, cafés, and restaurants with tables scattered in the pavement, mostly at Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere and in Viale Trastevere. The churches of Santa Cecilia and San Francesco a Ripa are very remarkable. The lovely typical area to enjoy your stay in an apartment in Rome.

6. PRICING:
- Price is set for a minimum of 30-day stay.
- Adjusted pricing for stays of 7 or 10 days, inquire for details. Cost will be more than 7/30 or 10/30 of 1 month rent. If you want to know how much, ask before your booking. The prices can range from €120/€ 150 per day, depending on the season and lenght of the stay
- Electricity fee includes an advance payment of €75 with additional charges for consumption beyond 150 Kwh per month.
- Cleaning fee is a one-time payment of €50.
- "Other" cost means admininistration cost to be paid monthly to the administrator of the building (I don’t get it).
- If you want to know how much you will pay in total (including utilities), you will see on the right of the main page the button "view what you will pay"; push it and you will discover it.

7. DEPOSIT:

- Small studio at street level, a few hundred meters from Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, and Vatican City.
- Accommodates up to 2 people but recommended for 1 person.
- The kitchen facilities and sleeping arrangements are as shown in the pictures. If booking for 2 people, the overlapping mattresses will be separated.
BOOKING PROCESS
- If booking for 2 people, it's mandatory to mention it in your booking request. We will discuss further details, and additional costs may apply.
- Applicants are required to introduce themselves at the time of booking. Please state your source of income if booking for several months.
- It's not possible to establish residency in this studio.
PAYMENT

- All amenities such as bars, restaurants, laundry facilities, and public transport are within walking distance.
- A laundry facility is located around the corner, and each month you will receive a €30 voucher included in your rent.

SHORT TERM RENT
- Short-term rentals are possible at different rates, ranging from €80 to €100 per day. Please inquire for more details.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Electricity fee (€75 per month) and other building costs (€60) are paid at check-in and at the beginning of each rental month.
- The electricity fee is an advance payment. Due to recent increases in energy costs, a flat rate cannot be established. We will read the electricity meter together at check-in, and you will have an allowance of 150 kWh per month included in the fee. Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.50 per kWh.
- Cleaning fee (€40) for fresh sheets/towels is a one-time payment at check-in.
- A €500 deposit ensures the proper use of the apartment's furniture. It will be fully refunded at check-out.
