Welcome to my wonderful apartment near the center and located by the Copenhagen waterfront.
I enjoy introducing new people to Copenhagen, and meeting people from all over the world. I am a bit of a travel nut myself.
My apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and a private guest bathroom, and the Master bedroom with a King size bed and bathroom ensuite, and I can accommodate up to 4 people with an extra sleeping space in the dining room if needed.
There are also 2 bathrooms in total, and 2 balconies.
As you'll discover the apartment is super quiet and comfy, and is now also full of green plants and art (quite a bit more than when my (hidden) pictures were taken), and you'll feel right at home :)
You will find the beds made, and clean towels upon your arrival :)
My apartment is in one of the new and architecturally modern buildings in the heart of the older cozy neighborhood of Islands Brygge. The apartment is big and bright with floor to ceiling windows.
You are only 15 minutes walk from Copenhagen Central Square and 5 minutes from the waterfront.
I will give you tips on the city, eating, and events, below you can see the distance to some major attractions. Getting here from the airport is super easy with the Metro, and takes 30 mins. (Islands Brygge Station).
The apartment has the following main amenities: Wi-Fi, bluetooth speaker, TV-with HDMI / Chromecast for connecting with fx. Youtube or Netflix from your device, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Furnished apartment in Central Frederiksberg. The apartment is 64 m2, featuring one bedroom and a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. It includes access to a shared courtyard with the other residents, as well as a communal laundry room, with expenses deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay. Located less than 500 meters from both the M3 and M2/M1 metro lines.
Cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and similar small pets are allowed, but dogs are NOT permitted. If desired, cat trees and beds can be left in the apartment; otherwise, they will be removed before move-in.
The apartment is available from August 2025 until January 2026. The move-in date is flexible and can be arranged as needed. If moving in after August 20th, only half a month’s rent will be charged for August.
Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. On weekdays, loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM. It is also possible to borrow a bike during the leasing period.

Lejligheden udlejes fra august 2025 til og med januar 2026. Indflytningsdatoen er fleksibel og kan aftales efter behov, dog senest den 1. september. Ved indflytning efter den 20. august vil der kun blive opkrævet halv husleje for august.
Små kæledyr som katte, kaniner og marsvin er tilladt, men hunde er IKKE tilladt. Hvis det ønskes, kan kradsetræ og katteudstyr blive i lejligheden; ellers fjernes det inden indflytning.
Det er ikke tilladt at holde fester eller større sammenkomster i lejligheden, og der må ikke spilles høj musik efter kl. 22.00 på hverdage. Hvis det ønskes kan en damecykel også lånes i lejeperioden.
Parkering er muligt med beboerlicens i lejeperioden. Unden licens er prisen 9 kr i timen.

Bright and newly renovated modern and spacious apartment close to the city center. The apartment is stylishly furnished with a large living room with both a couch area and dinner table for 6 people, two well-sized bedrooms each with a double bed, a closet, and a working desk. The kitchen is a beautiful black kitchen with everything you need - fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher etc. Spacious bathroom with shower and wall-hung toilet. Located on the third floor with a great view of the sky and lots of daylight. Elevator in the building.
