Zwei geräumige Bäder und ein drittes WC sowie eine Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Zudem liegt es in bester Lage direkt an der Außenalster. Vor der Tür sind meistens freie Parkplätze, da viele Leute in der Gegend private Garagen haben. Eine Seitenstraße weiter befindet sich ein Bäcker sowie ein Edeka Supermarkt. Das Literaturhaus Cafe ist ein Gebäude weiter und hat auch einen sehr guten Mittagstisch sowie Abendkarte.
