Very nice room, near the lake Mälaren, with green areas and coffee shops, swimming in the lake in summer, fully furnished. Near the subway, only 5 mintes, grossery nearby and just 10 minutes from the city center. Very beautiful surroundings with animal park nearby. Laundry connected to the house and storage for bycicle. All included, electricity and wifi. I have a cat, so this is a must to love cats.
A spacious room in a spacious flat. Calm area with the lake just around the corner and close to city center. Easy to go by bike or take the metro.
We are allergic so we need you to be a non-smoker and to use non-scented products, i e no perfumes, unscented schampoo etc.
We speak English, Spanish and Swedish.
We are looking for a calm person that fit our schedule of early mornings/evenings.

Hi! I’m an architecture student at KTH searching for a flatmate in a shared apartment in Hägerstensåsen. It’s near the metro station and around 25 mins away from KTH/SU directly by a red line.
There room is large (around 20-25m2), has a balcony and is furnished.
The rent is 8000 sek/month with everything included.
Available from 16th January until the end of May.

The ad refers to 1 room in a villa of approx. 13 sqm on the upper floor. The villa is located in Örby, Älvsjö in Stockholm. 10 minutes walking distance to Älvsjö C and from there it takes 10 minutes to Stockholm C. Cohabitation in a villa where up to 5 people share the accommodation's common spaces.
The house is 1.5 levels with a basement. There is a toilet with a shower on each floor. A shared kitchen and dining room on the upper floor. There is a common living room with a fireplace on the upper level. There are three bedrooms on the upper level and two bedrooms on the lower level. There is a common balcony and terrace with outdoor furniture and garden.
We prefer that the room is rented out for 1 semester or shorter than 9 months.
Extra expenses that are not included in the rent are 20% of the electricity bill, 20% of the cost of internet and 20% of water and the garbage collection fee. Cleaning of the common areas is part of the contract and must be done weekly according to the agreed schedule. Communication takes place via (hidden).

The apartment its also close to nature, Vinterviken, great walking spots and swimming (if your into cold baths heheh) and restaurants/cafes. It’s my favourite area in Stockholm. Super central but also close to nature.
I’ll just be away on a work trip, so the apartment is rented fully furnished. Bonus points if you can help water my plants while you’re here!
