The apartment promoted in this advert is made of a shared balcony, hallway, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The place is located on the second floor in the backyard.
The bedrooms are fully equipped with 10 beds, lamps, curtains, shelves, wardrobe, hangers, drying rack, bedside tables, desk and chairs.

There is a table with chairs in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished.
The size of the apartment is around 70 m2.
There are 10 single beds in the apartment. Additional beds are available upon previous request of the tenants (more double beds or single beds are available).
The apartment is ideally perfect for 3 tenants. The Lessor would like to have from 3 up to 6 tenants. The Lessor can accept more tenants if this is previously agreed in the contract of lease.
The bills and utilities are not included in the price of the monthly rent. The tenants can choose for the payment of the bills either an option upon consumption or all inclusive (if previously agreed with the Lessor).
The Lessor can get an additional life insurance for foreign students (this is upon previous request).
The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, hand made fashion pochette-masks made in Italy (very trendy and fashion masks), gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request).

There are all kind of devices and appliances in the apartment (iron with iron board, hair dryers, TV, washing machine, HiFi stereo with speakers, vacuum cleaner, fridge with freezer and much more). There is a big table with stylish chairs in the living room.
An additional cot for a baby and a small bed for children are available upon request.
