Our Student House is located at Podgórze district – a very dynamic and developing area of the city, that stretches on the right bank of the Vistula river. Despite its proximity to the bustling center of Krakow, it has numerous green and recreational areas.
We are a private student residence in Cracow with 157 rooms and 345 beds. We offer private single rooms (including rooms for people with disabilities) and shared double and triple rooms (in 2+3 or 2+2 segments). The building has 5 floors and is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance. We also offer parking places for rent.

Neighborhood
Our place is in a central location, very close to both green spots (famous parks), national library and cinema.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Within three minutes walk you can find a shopping mall, all kinds of shops, stores (few of them open 24H) and groceries. There are as well few restaurants (perfect for families) with either foreign (Italian, Japanese etc.) or typical polish traditional cuisine.
It’s very easy to park the car in the area.
Nearby - 2 minutes walk - there is a bus stop for the airport. Within few minutes (around 20-30 mins.) the tenants can get to the Balice airport by ta(hidden) bus.
The place is very near to Kościuszko Mound and the Vistula river.
