A very comfortable private room in a shared and renovated flat for students. This apartment is located on the 6th floor (real 7th floor) of a historic building in the Eixample district (with elevator), known for its characteristic grid design and wide avenues. It is very well connected as the nearest metro station is just a 3-minute walk. Also, walking distance to a variety of excellent restaurants, shops, and the historic Monasterio de Pedralbes.
This room is fully equipped with a double bed and mattress, a clothes hanging rack, a functional study area with a desk and chair. The room has a split AC and access to a interior window where is the laundry.
The flat has 5 private rooms, two renovated bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each one, a renovated kitchen and a cosy living-dining room. It's equipped with a large window that offers fresh air, a pleasant street view and a lot of light during the day. The common areas of the flat are shared among the tenants.
We provide basic kitchen utensils and basic household appliances like a washing machine. 50€ for expenses are included in the monthly price (electricity, water and gas, WiFi internet access - shared WiFi).

This beautiful 60m2 apartment located in a central and quiet area, is just what you were looking for to enjoy the city during your stay.
The day area consists of a bright living room with sofa, TV and a large window that lets in natural light. Access to its 8m2 terrace and enjoy an outdoor breakfast at its table and chairs, overlooking the garden of Monserrat Figueras, a very nice garden in the inner block.
The kitchen is independent with plenty of storage space and all the utensils available for you such as microwave, dishwasher, toaster among others, perfect for preparing your best recipes.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, with double beds and both with fitted closets to store all your belongings.
A complete bathroom with bathtub completes the house.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, hot water and high speed wifi.
The location is ideal, in the Eixample neighborhood. The area is very quiet, residential and totally central, it is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings.
