YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES:

- Check-in outside working hours or during weekends - 34.99 €
(Working hours: Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm).
- Fridge inside the room (minimum stays of 6 months) - 14.99 € p/month.
- Special cleaning of the room 49.99 € (1 X per week).
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).
- For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number.
- During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in.
- The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month.
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions.
- Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval).
- Parties are not allowed.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00.
- Smoking inside the property is not allowed.
- Pets or animals are not allowed.
We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law and assist with obtaining the Residence Visa!

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary tools to make an amazing home-cooked meal and even comes with a view. And of course, the 3 bathrooms ensure a refreshing and hassle-free bathing experience.
Please be advised of the following:
- Utility bills are included up to a maximum limit of 30 euros per room 
- Before the check-in the tenant needs to pay 2 deposits: The security deposit which will be fully refunded to the tenant in case there is no damage to the property. The second deposit is actually the last month of rent that the tenant needs to pay upfront 
!!️ - For double bookings or if there is an extra guest, there is an additional charge of €200 per month.

The neighborhood is very lively and vibrant! The area is highly commercial, you'll find stores, boutiques, restaurants, and much more down every block! Within walking distance, you will be able to reach several options for public transportation. Intendente Station and Anjos Station are within walking distance. Bus lines 708, 712, 726, 736, and the night bus 208 will connect you to the other parts of Lisbon. There are even nearby parks where you can hang out with friends and family, and beautiful green areas to enjoy an evening out!
