La registrazione dell'affitto ha un costo pari all'1% dell'importo totale del canone di locazione (senza considerare l'importo delle spese - spese condominiali, gas, elettricità, internet) più le marche da bollo, per un minimo di € 50,00 a contratto. Questo costo deve essere pagato una sola volta. Il costo del contratto varia a seconda della durata del soggiorno.
Gas ed elettricità sono inclusi nel prezzo mensile fino a € 50 mese.
