The cost of each single kit (including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is €7 a month. The cost of each double kit (including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is €10 per month. Payment upon check-in.
- Electricity charges are not covered with the rental price. Electricity meters will be read at check-in and checkout for these purposes. The total cost per Kw of electricity is 0.65 €/kWh, which must be paid at your check-out or monthly if your stay is longer than 1 month.
- Gas costs are not covered by the rental price. To calculate your consumption, we will take the gas meter reading together at check-in and check-out. The total cost per cubic meter of gas is €1.1/mc, which must be paid at your check-out or monthly if your stay is longer than 1 month.
