The rental of this property will be exclusively to serious and responsible individuals. Viewings can be organized only after May 30th as the apartment is rented until May 28th.
The rent is 850 EUR with utilities included (internet, electricity, gas, water). A security deposit of 1,700 EUR is required for the first month, which is fully refundable upon check-out. Both the deposit and the rent must be paid at the time of booking the apartment through the platform.
To rent the apartment, you need to create a reservation request. You can register at the property address.
The apartment is located on the second floor, in a building with an elevator. Once you step into the apartment's hallway, you instantly feel that this can be a place to feel at home. The hallway provides access to the living room, bedroom, bathroom, and a separate toilet.
From the hallway, you enter the living room, which is situated at the front of the apartment. It is a bright and open space with three large windows offering a wonderful view of the green Singel canal. Sitting on the comfortable couch here, you may never want to leave this peaceful room. A TV is nicely tucked away in the corner.
You will also find a nice dining table in this room with four comfortable chairs. Next to the table is the elegant open-plan kitchen. It includes everything you need to prepare your delicious dinners: a microwave/steam oven, quooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and plenty of storage space. All are hidden behind the stylish black matte look. Behind the wooden door in the kitchen, the heating system and washer/dryer combo are nicely hidden.
At the back of the apartment, you find the master bedroom with a comfortable bed where you can have a good night’s sleep. The built-in closet contains plenty of storage for your wardrobe.
From the master bedroom, you can access the study room. A firm desk with a comfortable office chair ensures this is the ideal place to work from home.
Next to the master bedroom, in the middle of the apartment, you can find the bathroom. It has a modern washbasin with a cabinet, a toilet, a modern shower, and a towel heater. Also accessible from the hall is a separate toilet with a sink. Both the bathroom and the toilet are decorated with beautiful marble tiles.
A beautiful herringbone wooden floor, dimmable built-in lights, and beautiful doors with matching door fittings can be found throughout the entire apartment, giving it an overall luxurious and warm feel.

The apartment of Viale Romolo 1 is double room apartament for university students, interns or young workers. It consists of 2 large shared bedrooms each with 2 beds, wide entrance, kitchen and 1 bathroom. The apartment is about 80 square meters and is located on the fifth floor of a residential building. The apartment has been recently renovated and renewed in the fornitures and equipments.
The apartment is located at only few meters from Romolo station of Green line M2 and Milano Romolo station of blu line S9. Few hundred meters from Ripa di Porta Ticinese, on Alzaia Naviglio Grande, which connects to Darsena. Lodi and from the metro station of the yellow line Brenta (M3). The neoghbourhood is very well connected with public transportation to the city center, thanks to the green line of the metro and the proximity to the train station Milano Romolo. With the bus line 90 and 91 it is possible to go through the Circonvallazione to reach almost any area of the city. The neighbourhood is served with any kind of services: supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and take-aways.
In an apartment located in viale Romolo 1, this shared room is reserved for university students, interns or young workers. Fully furnished, it is equipped with two single beds, each one with bedside table and lamp, two wardrobes, two bookcases, two desks and chairs.
