Due to the diverse cultural offerings, the varied leisure activities and the proximity to the center, Haidhausen is one of the most popular residential areas in Munich. The barely destroyed old building structure contributes significantly to this.
In addition to the numerous cafés, pubs and restaurants, Haidhausen's streetscape is characterized by boutiques, antique shops and galleries.
Wiener Platz with its small stalls, fountain and maypole is reminiscent of the Viktualienmarkt. The green Isar meadows with their extensive local recreation area are just a stone's throw away.

Location
Due to its fantastic location near the Isar floodplain (100 meters away), the Au is one of the most popular residential areas in Munich. The Glockenbachviertel with its countless bars and cafes begins just a bridge over the Isar. In 100 meters you can walk to the Isar, where it is wonderful to sit by the water, especially in summer. Bus lines 52 and 62 stop 50 meters from the house, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are almost right next to the building. A tram station (300m), underground station (800m) and S-Bahn (1000m) are within walking distance.
