The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (gas), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher and more. The apartment has both heating and air conditioning and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed internet, cable TV, TV stereo and home cinema system and laundry facilities are all available in the apartment.
Note : the apartment is conceived as a "loft" form, so no doors, the only room with a door is the bathroom. All te rest is open space!
The apartment is located in Ixelles. Ixelles is a neighborhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in 20 minutes.

The apartment is located in the European quarter near place Jourdan. The neighborhood is with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. Shopping facilities and supermarkets in less than 100m from the apartment. Lots of restaurants at proximity at Place Jourdan. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in less than 20 minutes.
The 35€ additional fee is the tax for furnished renting that the commune imposes us monthly.

Nice large room 40 sqm (suite) with a private Italian bathroom, just 3 minutes from EU/EP, very well located at Montgomery, metro station just down of the house!! Very nice room. Additional charges for second person (couples +150 euros/month)!

Important information:
Payment: You pay the first month's rent and the HousingAnywhere booking fee on the platform. You’ll pay the second month's rent and the following directly to me. The first month’s rent will be transferred to me only 48 hours after your move in, so you have time to check that everything corresponds to the listing.
Security deposit: you must transfer it to me before receiving the keys, in cash or by bank transfer. It will be completely returned to you after you move out if you don’t damage the place.
Rental Agreement: we will sign a 12-month contract with 3 months notice of departure if you wish to leave before the end of the contract.
The apartments include a spacious living room with separated bedroom with double bed and a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, 2 cooking rings, cooking and kitchen ware, and cutlery. It also includes a separate bathroom with guest amenities. Additional bedding or baby bed is possible upon request and availability. These apartments can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The use of the washing machine and the clothes dryer is included in this room type.
