The house is located in a unique location (post code: 2583 AK) on the 4th floor in the modern apartment complex "De Meerpaal" right around the corner from the harbor with all the cozy restaurants and the beach within walking distance! 2mins walk to Tram 11, 5mins walk to Tram 1, 1 min to Lidl and 5 mins walk to various Dutch supermarkets, like Jumbo, and Hoogvliet; 5 mins to French school - Vincent Van Gogh and the pleasant shopping streets Frederik Hendriklaan and Keizerstraat.
