There are excellent tram and bus connections, and the house (located in 1000 Brussels) is a short 7 minutes walk to Schuman metro station and the EU Commission (via Square Ambiorix that is 100 meters away), or alternatively to Madou metro station. This quiet residential area (one way street) is well known for its safety and its closeness to the European district and the city centre. Parking is generally not a problem during the day.
Please be aware that the rent is different for shorter contracts (1/2 months and 3/4 months).
