In the fully equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you might require to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, tableware, microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, juicer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. I also offer basic kitchen condiments and detergent for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping.
The bathroom offers a comfy and wide walk-in shower.
Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also included. The bath towels supplied are for use in the apartment only.
You will find also one hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap.
Fast WIFI High-Speed Internet connection and central heating / aircon system is provided.
The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay but can be organized under request.
The expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit.
