Room for rent in a 70 sq.m apartment with terrace and garden rent 445 all inclusive (electricity,water,internet 50 mbp). This price is intended for one person in case of cohabitation the price goes up.
Arch of Galerius Apartment is an apartment 50 sq.m. in the heart of Thessaloniki, surrounded by ancient monuments, museums, restaurants, bars and only 150m. from the University. It is on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator. It consists of a living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment has all the necessary amenities. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge and washing machine. The living room consists of 1 sofa-bed and a semi-double bed (120x200), TV and one small balcony. The bedroom consists of 1 single bed (97x200) and a big closet. All bills except internet is included. If someone is interested to connect to the internet at his own expense, the cost of the internet is around 20€/month.
