Les douches et les wc sont à partager entre 3. Tout est propre. Les kots sont meublés, internet inclus. Mise à disposition d'un fer à repasser, table à repasser, aspirateur et nécessaire de nettoyage+machine à laver (payante)+fil à linge. L'ambiance avec les autres locataires est conviviale, studieuse et agréable. Une femme de ménage vient 2 fois par semaine pour nettoyer les communs. Ainsi, cela reste toujours impeccable!
