Pour une étudiante, stagiaire, un séjour à durée limitée,... Je propose une chambre de 16m2, au 1er étage, lumineuse jusque vers 15H, côté rue mais très calme, située à Drogenbos (commune limitrophe de Bruxelles). Cet emplacement permet de se retirer chaque jour de l'agitation de la capitale dans un lieu apaisant et à la fois d'y être bien connectée. Ma rue est littéralement entre Bruxelles et Drogenbos. Elle est bien reliée à Bruxelles côté Saint Gilles, Forest, Uccle, Ixelles, Anderlecht.
La maison, de 106 m2, est comme un appartement sur 2 étages. Il y a 2 Chambres (l'autre -la mienne- est sous le toit et me sert aussi de bureau; elle fait 30m2), une salle de bain commune au 1er et un rdc avec cuisine, salon avec un écran, salle à manger... Et une grande porte fenêtre qui donne vers un jardin de 80m2.
Je propose de cohabiter si vous avez envie de passer par un temps de transition, ou si vous faites un stage à BXL, ou un Erasmus, un master... Quelques mois c'est possible, à partir de 2 mois minimum.
Je recherche que chacun se sente bien, et le respect des lieux: chacun s'investit dans le fait que la maison reste propre, vive aussi de bonnes énergies, et de temps de travail, de discussions, repas ou de calme, en étant à deux dans un espace commun.
Le jardinage est ouvert ;) j'aime aussi m'en occuper ! Les meubles sont neufs pour la cuisine, et sinon j'ai privilégié le recyclage : la maison est aménagée de vieux meubles et d'autres plus modernes.
Dans le voisinage se trouvent l'EPFC et Bruxelles Formation (lieu de formation), l'ULB et la VUB sont accessibles en transport ou en vélo (20-25 minutes). Des commerces sont proches, des magasins bio et non bio. Mais aussi : d'un côté, les quartiers (et gares de) Uccle calvoet, de Saint job (Diesdelle), gare de Moensberg, forest (gare de forest est et forest midi) et sa place saint-Denis, ainsi qu'Anderlecht, par le canal de Bruxelles. Il y a quelques chemins verts qui passent par là pour les envies de promenades.
Possibilité d'accès à la maison à partir de Bruxelles par les tram 4, 82, 18. Côté bus: quelques uns aussi: le 60, le 43, le 78, le 97/82. Et deux noctis (bus de nuit): Le 11 et le 12 (pour les week end).
Plusieurs chambres dans un immeuble d'étudiants et de stagiaires (environ 10 personnes) proche de l'ulb, vub et autres écoles et proche des transports en commun (notre arrêt est "eglise saint antoine") pour aller vers les entreprises. La cuisine est à partager entre 5 locataires et bien meublée (grille-p(hidden)ouilloire, grand frigo avec chacun sa planche, grand congélateur avec chacun son tiroir, armoires et tiroirs à couvert, four). Les douches et les wc sont à partager entre 3. Tout est propre. Les kots sont meublés, possibilité d'internet, tv, draps de lit, couette, oreiller et nécessaire de cuisine. Mise à disposition d'un fer à repasser, table à repasser, aspirateur et nécessaire de nettoyage+machine à laver (payante)+fil à linge. L'ambiance avec les autres locataires est conviviale, studieuse et agréable. Une femme de ménage vient 2 fois par semaine pour nettoyer les communs. Ainsi, cela reste toujours impeccable!
