The room is in an apartment with 3 other rooms which can be rented as well, so you would share the bathroom (with shower), toilet, the washing machine and the fully equipped kitchen. There is a table in the hall where you can enjoy time with your flatmates.
The apartment is located on the second floor without lift in a building which is situated quite attractively in the 17th district of Vienna. There are four different trams within walking distance which take you to city center, the main university or even the green outskirts of the city if you seek recreation. In addition, many supermarkets and other shopping opportunities are nearby.

Es steht eine gemeinsame Essecke zur Verfügung, um Zeit mit den Mitbewohnerinnen zu genießen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Hauses in sehr attraktiver Lage im 17. Wiener Gemeindebezirk. Vier verschiedene Straßenbahnlinien sind fußläufig erreichbar, mit welchen schnell zur Wiener Hauptuniversität, in die Wiener Innenstadt oder auch stadtauswärts ins Grüne gefahren werden kann. Außerdem sind zahlreiche Supermärkte und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nahe gelegen.
