The bus stop is a two minute walk away. We are one step away from the ring road and Carrefour, shops and restaurants. I can suggest where to jog, how to rent bikes and help you during your stay. In short, relaxation just a step away from the city. The penthouse is on the 2nd floor, completely independent with 2 large terraces, equipped with wifi and air conditioning. The kitchen is shared and during the summer you can eat in the garden. The cleaning expenses include washing of sheets and towels. Cleaning weekly.

Posso suggeriti dove fare jogging, come noleggiare biciclette e aiutarti durante il soggiorno. Insomma relax a un passo dalla città. L'attico a è al 2 piano, completante autonoma con 2 ampie terrazze, munita di wifi e condizionatore. La cucina è condivisa e durante l'estate si puo' mangiare in giardino. Le pulizie sono settimanali e comprendono il lavaggio della biancheria.
NB: Sono attualmente in corso i lavori di ristrutturazione della facciata esterna dell'edificio, pertanto informiamo che sono presenti impalcature e ponteggi. Il balcone non è agibile. L' A/C non sarà funzionante fino al termine dei lavori.
