This well-designed and quietly located apartment is situated in one of Cologne`s most beautiful districts in a listed, renovated old building. It is located on the 2nd floor of this house, consists 2 rooms (one bedroon - 160 cm bed) and a living and dining room with an open, well-seperated kitchen, in which there is also a washing machine. The fllors are fitted with high-quality laminate. The bathroom with bathtub has a window. A small cellar room belongs to the apartment , and the front garden can be used to sit in the sun and relax. The apartment is ready to move in, only personal belongings need to be brought along. A weekly cleaning service can be arranged for an extra charge. Within 5 minutes you are on a shopping street for the daily things, but also restaurants, cafes, hairdressers etc. The weekly market which takes place twice a week, is also just a few minutes away and there is a bakery in the immediate vicinity. The house is very pleasant. Public transport can be reached in 5 minutes.
