This apartment is located on the 1st floor (real 2nd floor) of a historic building in the Eixample district, known for its characteristic grid design and wide avenues. It is very well connected as the nearest metro station is just a 3-minute walk. Also, walking distance to a variety of excellent restaurants, shops, and the historic Monasterio de Pedralbes.
This room is fully equipped with a double bed and mattress, a two-door wardrobe, a functional study area with a desk and chair. The place has access to a interior window.
