La nostra e' una struttura ricettiva di affitto breve, le persone vengono per un minimo di 3 giorni e un max 30 giorni.
A volte accettiamo permanenze più lunghe.
Camere ampie dai 14 mq a 35 metri quadrati .
Spesso il numero di persone presenti nella struttura e' più basso di 20 : 2 , 3,5 persone, eccetera, dipende .
Ci sono 2 grandi saloni condivisi , le camere mansardate hanno soffitti alti finestra tipo velux bagno frigo in camera .
Le camere non mansardate sono molto grandi, circa 30 mq hanno il bagno fuori della camera. Per venire da noi si salgono le scale non adatte a disabili e a persone con problemi a salire le scale, scese le scale siamo subito nel percorso delle vie dell'arte, vicino ad innumerevoli Università, alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche di Napoli , allo street food , ai locali per giovani e tanto altro .

Lovely apartment strategically located to discover the beauties of Naples, halfway between the historic center and the Quartieri Spagnoli.
The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of one well-arranged room. At the entrance there is a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and, at the back, a small kitchenette, equipped with an electric stove, an oven and a microwave, perfect for cooking quick meals. An archway leads to the sleeping area, where there is a queen-size bed above a raised loft, reached by a ladder. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning and heat pump heating will be available in the accommodation.

Recently-renovated apartment right in the heart of the Quartieri Spagnoli, a few steps away from via Toledo, in the historic center of Napoli.
The apartment, located on the fourth floor of an historic building with an elevator, opens onto the bright and spacious living room with a modern style, which features an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher, a microwave and a kettle, a breakfast table, a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom provided with a queen-size bed and a TV and equipped with a staircase which leads to the mezzanine floor. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. The air conditioning in the living room and the heat pump will be at guests’ disposal.
