With high-speed WiFi and air conditioning! The space Inserted in Setúbal downtown this one bedroom duplex apartment was fully renovated to accommodate all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Located on the top two floors of an historic building, the 1st floor has a living room with Smart TV, dining area, kitchen and bathroom (with toilet and washbasin). The second floor is a spacious and bright suite with smart TV and loveseat by the windows, it also has a shower and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave/oven, induction stove, mini fridge, 100L water heater, washing machine, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto espresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. Please do not use simultaneously all electronic appliances, such as toasters, kettles, hobs, stoves, as this will bring down the electrical panel. If you're cooking, turn on one appliance at a time, because with the air conditioner and water heater on, the electrical panel don ́t handle so many appliances on. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire apartment.
