Both bedrooms and the main living area have stunning views of the IJ canal, and you can watch the sun go down over the water each evening. The main bedroom features a king-size bed and a spacious closet, providing ample storage space for your personal belongings.
The apartment has a south-facing covered balcony, which allows you to enjoy the sun while avoiding the rain or wind on those Dutch days! The apartment is located in the gorgeous epicenter of Amsterdam in a really historic neighbourhood surrounded by the theatrical historic street Nes and central campus of Amsterdam university a few minutes from Muntplein and 5 minute walk to Dam square. Although being dead center the area around the apartment is quiet. There are some really good cafes and restaurants within walking distance and we are happy to share all our favourite recommendations with our guests.

Houseboat in the heart of Amsterdam, located in the lovely Jordaan district on the iconic prince canal (Prinsengracht), one of the 3 main canals of the city. The houseboat is very conveniently situated, within 15 minutes walking distance to the train station, and 2 minutes to the famous Noordermarkt (farmer market on Saturdays).
The houseboat is a long studio apartment of about 50 m2, fully equipped with drinking water, electricity, gas and internet. The entrance has a little bridge with a small table and two chairs. Additionally, the entire roof terrace of the house is accessible with a ladder and has a long-chair. The houseboat has a wide window in the living-room looking out onto the canal and two roof-lights. The house has 1 queen bed, 1 table, 6 Panton chairs, 1 Swan chair and 1 small couch. The house also has a gas fireplace. High quality bedding provided.
The houseboat was renovated in January 2020 (outside) and November 2020 (inside).
