ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The property is located in Südstadt district, in an old house renovated, on the fourth floor (without elevator) with a total surface area of 120 sqm and has 4 rooms, one large bathroom, a kitchen, laundry, and bike storage.
Fully equipped for 4 persons.

We offer you a double room N°1 (please see the plan), for one person. The apartment is located upstairs ( 4th floor without elevator)
The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and services, of maintenance and repair.
ROOM 2
The room has 15 sqm and is fully furnished with a double bed of 1.40 x 200 m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, commode, armchair, door lock, etc
The property will be share with other people.
We don't live on the property, but we can help you if you need anything.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
We ask for a bond refundable at the end of the stay.
No smoking on the property.
We manage the property and everything you need, but we do not live there.

This beautiful neighborhood, Südstadt is situated south of the center, the district is bordered by the Regina-Pacis-Weg, Poppelsdorfer Allee, Weberstraße and the Rhine.

The contract will always start at the beginning of the first fortnight (the first 2 weeks) of the month.

The property and room are fully furnished.

All rooms have keys.
Parking
For car, limited parking spaces, on the street.
For bicycles, space to leave it in the bike storage, at 20 mt of the apartment.
Visitors
Visitors with an overnight stay on the property, only short stays are allowed. These must be notified in advance. For the use of the basic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.). The tenant will have to pay for his/ her guest 5 EUR per day which can be paid by bank transfer.
Housemates
Range age between 22 to 37 years old. International environment. Most of them are young professionals, some are students and others are doing internships.
Services
All the property equipment and basic services (water, electricity, gas, internet, Tax tv), maintenance and repair services are included in the rental price.
Pets and smoking
Are not allowed on the property.
Registration (Anmeldung)
We make a contract with an option to do the register (Anmeldung). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
Contract
We make a temporary rental fortnightly contract . The provisions of this website can be applied for the management of payments.
Bond
Can be required and managed through the web.
