Amazing opportunity to live right in the centre of the city!
Bright loft in a historic building in the heart of the historic centre of Florence, a stone's throw from Palazzo Vecchio and all the main monuments of the city. A very cosy apartment is organized on two levels: on the lower level, there is a large living room and the kitchen, while on the upper level we find the double bedroom which is furnished with two single beds that can be joined and a complete bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located in the center of Florence, right next to Santa Croce square. Multiple cafes, restaurants, and shops can be found around the apartment and everything, including Florence's landmarks, is reachable on foot.

I'll take care of contacting guests one week before their arrival in order to better organize their hospitality. I give everyone a map of the city and all the necessary information to better enjoy the apartment and the city. That said, I want to emphasize that I am always available for any request of my guests, to help them during their stay in Florence.
The palace is located within the ZTL zone of Florence which prohibits driving or parking without residency permits. If you are travelling by car, I would recommend you to park in one of the private garages in the centre (the nearest to the apartment is "Garage S.Orsola", just 30 meters away) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage,they will note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police head(hidden).

Lovely furnished single room in a recently renovated flat right in the centre of Florence, just a few steps from Piazza della Signoria and Piazza Santa Croce.
The room (14 mq - 150 sq.ft.) has a single bed (cm 90 x 200) and is furnished with wardrobe, desk, desklamp, chair.
THE FLAT
The flat is on the 1st floor of an historical building with a fitted kitchen with all you need, from hob down to forks and knives, shared dining room and bathroom with shower, it is fully furnished and it is right in the centre of Florence close to Piazza della Signoria and Piazza Santa Croce.

LOCATION
The location is excellent: the flat is located in a great area - very central and safe, with all amenities moments away, it’s just a few minutes walk to mini and supermarkets, delicatessens and trattoria’s, banks, post office and public transport (bus/train). All the main attractions are at a walkable distance, and so is the train station. The connection to the airport is provided by the tram system which can be reached in a nice 15 mins walk from the flat.
SUMMARY OF COSTS
The month will have to be paid in full, even if the stay is shorther than a month.
The average cost of the utilities will be around €70-90 per month per person based on 3 ppl share. In this estimate, utilities cost includes gas for heating, hot water, cooking, electricity, fast dsl connection and biweekly cleaning of the common areas of the flat.
Administrative fee (drawing up the lease contract and registering it at the Tax Office) to be paid at check in: 120 euros
Final cleaning at checkout: 80 euros
CHECK IN
Check in is available Monday-Friday from 15:00 to 20:00. Check in outside these hours has a cost of 80 euros and is allowed only in exceptional cases. Please ask at least one week in advance if available.
