The apartment is a nice open space (for 1 person) recently located in a historic Florentine building from the early 1900s. Its location at the gates of the center makes it a perfect point of the comfort and brightness of the spaces, together with the access of accessories to an internal courtyard / garden, allows guests to rest in a pleasant and quiet environment.
The standard minimum rental period is of 5 months but I can accept shorter rental periods with an increase on the monthly rent. All details will be discussed on the chat during the booking process.

The flat is located few step from the metro stop called PAOLO UCCELLO of tram line Scandicci - Hospital Careggi.
Every 4 minutes (from 5 am to 12.30 in the night, 2 am, Friday and Saturday) a metro/tram is leaving from PAOLO UCCELLO stop to reach the city center (central station) in 5/6 minutes.
Or if you choose to walk, it is only 15 to 20 minutes nice and easy walk along the Arno River with a stunning view of Florence
We are close to the Polimoda in Florence, and the second location of Scandicci can be reached very well thanks to the tram, which stops 50 meters from the house.
Near the ISIA of Villa Strozzi, we also had students from the Italian academy based in piazza pitti, who found our apartment a great location, to get to this school.
The apartment is located in a residential area in the immediate vicinity of Victoria Bridge, near to the center but in a side street, so away from the from the busy, city-noise.
The apartment it is designed for 1 person only, for a short-stay in Florence. It has the original, typical-Florentine wooden ceiling and brick arches.
We do not have a washing machine, but there is a self-service laundry a short distance from home, 5 minutes walk (in Batoni Square).
Being on the ground floor, you will usefully not have up numerous flights steps as in many other apartments in the center of Florence!
The largest park in Florence, Cascine Park, is some 2 minutes walk away and reached by simply crossing the River Arno.
Anyone who loves sports can take long walks, go jogging or rent a bike. Additionally, on Tuesday mornings there is a produce market.
Other things to note
Close to the apartment there is a bar, a newspaper stand, a take-away pizza place, Pub, Chinese restaurant, and other restaurants, a rotisserie and a useful grocery store, self-service laundry, and two supermarket.

As you can see from the photos, this studio is in perfect condition because it has been renovated with care and attention to detail. Independent heating, furnished with all comforts, with double bed, desk, table and chairs. Also present flat screen TV, sofa and closet with several shelves.
The bathroom, also renovated, is complete with mirror and shower. There is a new kitchen with oven and gas hob.
The building in which it is located is new, in Piazza Puccini, Porta al Prato.

Bright and airy, 3rd floor studio flat (20 mq - 215 sq ft.) just off Piazza Santo Spirito. Restored in 2021 and equipped with a queen size pull out sofa, fitted kitchenette, fully furnished.
The studio flat is at the 3rd floor with no elevator (that is 4th floor for US scheme), some 60 stairs to go up. Please note that it is not suitable for wheelchair access or for people with mobility impairments.

LOCATION
This studio flat is centrally located in a quiet street just off the lively Piazza Santo Spirito and convenient for shops, bars and restaurants plus all the historic attractions and major schools.
The location is excellent: great area - very central and safe, with all amenities moments away, it’s just a few minutes walk to mini and supermarkets, delicatessens and trattoria’s, banks, post office and public transport (bus/train). All the main attractions are at a walkable distance, and so is the train station. The connection to the airport is provided by the tram system which can be reached in a nice 15 mins walk from the flat.
