This apartment is located in a quiet area just outside the center of Florence, away from the city's hustle and bustle and intense tourism. It is situated on the second floor of a two-story building without an elevator and features two bathrooms (both with showers, one with a bathtub), three bedrooms (one of which has a balcony), and can accommodate up to eight people. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms, autonomous heating, electric kettle, towels, mini shower-shampoo kit, and a terrace with a table for outdoor dining.
The nearest tourist attractions such as Villa Medicea del Poggio Imperiale, Giardino di Boboli, and Palazzo Pitti are easily accessible. About 200 meters away are the city bus lines to reach the historic center of Florence (which can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes) and extra-urban buses to Siena.
Additionally, at a short distance (4km), you can find the entrance to the A1 Florence-Impruneta highway and the entrance to the Florence-Siena expressway.

Our Staff will take an initial reading and a final reading of the meters, and utility costs must be paid before check out.
In case of non-payment, the amount due for utilities will be taken from the security deposit;
-you will be responsible for the following costs and expenses for registering the contract:
Registration tax equal to 1% of the rent, Stamp Duty equal to 32 Euro, Contract registration service equal to 25 Euro and 50 Euro for the attribution of a temporary Tax Code (only for non-residents in Italy) .
