La chambre, très lumineuse, est équipée d'un lit double, dressing, table et étagère de rangements.
La résidence, très arborée, est proche du métro , commerces, pharmacie. Le bus au pied de la résidence amène au centre ville en 10mns. Le campus Condorcet est à proximité. L'appartement est très calme, le voisinage poli et sympa.
Je recherche colocataire sérieux, calmes, propres.
Je suis sportif (vélo) et respectueux du voisinage.

L'appartement est entièrement meublé et équipé, avec une cuisine moderne, deux salles de bain et un grand salon lumineux.
