This unique apartment is split over two levels, and features a full floor to ceiling glass wall that encloses a private downstairs atrium garden by all three bedrooms.
The upstairs living area layout is extremely spacious, and includes a seated sofa area, reading corner and dining area seating six.
The fully-equipped kitchen is kitted out with high-spec Miele appliances and a quartz worktop with additional breakfast bar seating. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor, as well as some outside space.
Taking the staircase downstairs, this is where all 3 bedrooms and the outdoor atrium garden are located. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with majestic Monaco frameless glass, 4k HD TVs, and excellent wardrobe space.

A large and spacious apartment, it benefits from lots of natural light. Fully fitted kitchen, walk-in shower room, and large built in wardrobes. A quiet bedroom at the back of the apartment with King size bed and television with internet apps. The dining table can also extend to create a perfect workspace.
