Bei uns wird ab dem 01.12. 1 Zimmer frei. Dein schönes Zimmer ist der Teil einer 75 qm großen Wohnung. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC, Wohnküche und Flur.
Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster, einen Parkettboden. Durch die zwei Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell.
Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Wochen frisch saniert. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Der Waschtrockner ist vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
Das Zimmer hat 1 großes und ausziehbares Bett (Ikea Hemnes, ausziehbar, 160cmx200cm), einen Kleiderschrank und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl.
Wir haben keinen Putzplan. Wir haben aber eine Putzfrau wer regelmäßig die Wohnung putzt. Die Kosten für die Putzfrau und Putzmittel sind in der Miete inbegriffen.
In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten der Reinigungs- und Putzmittel, Wasch- und Spülmittel, Internet, Strom enthalten. Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an.
