Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Haus im 1. Stock mit einer traumhaften Süd-Terasse. Die Wohnung hat ein großes abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und ein sehr großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Essküche, die zu gemütlichen Kochabenden einlädt. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine befinden sich in der Wohnung.
Bügelbrett und - eisen, sowie Wäscheständer, Handtücher, Bettwäsche und alles was man noch so benötigt ist vorhanden.
Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist neben ihrer Großzügigkeit und Helligkeit die große Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten, der in Mitten des Stadttrubels wie eine ruhige Oase zu sein scheint.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Mühlbach in Untergiesing. Das Stadtviertel ist durch malerische kleine Häuser am Wasser geprägt. Man könnte fast meinen man ist in Venedig. In der Umgebung gibt es die Möglichkeit mit einem Bewohnerparkausweis problemlos einen Parkplatz zu finden.
Innerhalb von fünf Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die U2 (Kolumbusplatz) Richtung Messe und Feldmoching.
Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man per U-Bahn innerhalb von fünf Minuten ohne Umsteigen zu müssen.
