In the immediate vicinity you will find everything for your daily needs: supermarkets, 24/7-bakery (!), tickets/newspapers/tabacco, Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Banks, Pharmacies and Drugstores.
By public transport you can reach the city centre in just a few stops. Prater and Western train station can be approached directly by tram.
Our apartments are located centrally in the fifth District of Vienna (Vienna Magareten).
With public transport the Opera, Stephansplatz or Schönbrunn are reachable within a few minutes. The good connection to the Vienna Airport, Railwaystation West and Central Station as well allows you to have a relaxed stay.

Special: on the 42m2 and green terrace, there is garden furniture, and you can wonderfully relax from your busy day.

In the immediate vicinity is the underground station of St. Stephen's Cathedral, which means that you are well connected by the U3 and the U1. This way you can get from A to B very quickly. You can also be permanently flexible on foot and can explore Vienna in many ways.

"Camera spaziosa vicino all'università tecnica. Adatta per una persona, possibilmente anche per una madre con un bambino piccolo su richiesta. L'intero appartamento e l'intera casa sono stati completamente rinnovati alcuni anni fa. Nuovo riscaldamento centralizzato, nuove finestre esterne e molto altro Cabina armadio e vari contenitori con tanto spazio e scrittoio Set da pranzo completo con tavolo in vetro. Una rampa di scale conduce alla zona notte in modo da avere molto spazio utilizzabile. (25 mq sottostanti e circa 12 mq nella zona notte). La stanza è completamente arredata. L'appartamento è composto da altre 4 stanze che sono abitate dal padrone di casa. Cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero e congelatore solo per l'inquilino, bagno con doccia, lavabo e bidet e WC separato esclusivamente per l'inquilino. Famiglia fumatori. Il prezzo di affitto indicato include WiFi, riscaldamento ed elettricità. L'appartamento si trova a 1040 Vienna Wieden, vicino al centro città.
