An der Taborstraße findest du alle Geschäfte, die du brauchst: Vom Hofer, Spar über Denn's und DM bis hin zum McDonald's. Zu Augarten und Donaukanal brauchst du jeweils nur 5min zu Fuß.
[EN] The location is super central: within 5min by foot you reach the U2 and U4 metro station Schottenring, 7min to U2 station Taborstraße where you can also find all sorts of shops from grocery to pharmacy to clothing shops. Also withing 5min walking you get to the danube channel as well as the park Augarten.

[DE] Grundsätzlich ist mir natürlich Sauberkeit und Verantwortung gegenüber fremden Eigentums wichtig. Es steht dir alles zur Benützung zur Verfügung. Leute einzuladen ist natürlich überhaupt kein Problem, nur möchte ich nicht das Parties geschmissen werden.

Ich (Marc) bin für ein Semester in Bilbao und vermiete deswegen mein Zimmer unter. Deswegen ist das Zimmer vollkommen möbliert (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen), nur meine persönlichen Gegenstände (bis auf Bücher, die du gerne lesen darfst, und wenn du magst ein paar Pflanzen) werde ich ausräumen.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer mit separaten Toiletten, ein großes Wohnzimmer (mit Balkon) und eine Küche die voll ausgestattet ist.
Mitbewohner*innen:
Johanna, 21, studiert Bioressourcenmanagement auf der BOKU und kellnert.
Maddalena, 33, arbeitet für MSF und ist immer viel unterwegs deswegen, letzt im Kongo.
Julian, 41, arbeitet als ITler für einen Co-Workingspace und engagiert sich bei Train of Hope (ein community center für aus der Ukraine Geflüchtete).
Das 4. Zimmer ist aktuell zur Vermietung ausgeschrieben, d.h. wir wissen noch nicht wer einzieht.
