The flat has two separate bathrooms (two showers, two toilets and one washing machine) which are cleaned all two weeks by our housekeeping. The two seperate bathrooms are for 5 rooms, because the other rooms have there own bathroom. So you will always have a free bathroom. Due to the way the house is built, it can occasionally happen that the tap water takes up to 10 minutes to warm up.
Best possible Wi-Fi Internet connection is of course included.

The area provides you with a lot of shopping opportunities and excellent connections with public transport. The metro station of U6 and several tram stations are remarkably close. The trams bring you within a few minutes to all universities, the shopping malls, parks and museums. Furthermore, the U6 brings you in just a few minutes to the Donau, Westbahnhof and Mariahilfer Straße (biggest shopping street in Austria).
Currently, the 8th district is the most popular, safest, most beautiful district for all social classes. Lawyers, doctors, engineers and students enjoy the eighth district because it is in the city and still offers a lot of peace and quiet. Dort befindet sich neben einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler ein ausziehbarer Esstisch für bis zu 4 Personen, der auch als Arbeitsplatz dienen kann, sowie eine Sitzgruppe mit Schlafsofa, das eine Schlafmöglichkeit für zwei Personen bietet (160 x 200 cm). Ein Flachbildfernseher, ein Internetradio und W-LAN sorgen für Unterhaltung, Information und Kommunikation. Das zweite Zimmer ist als Schlafzimmer eingerichtet. Dort befinden sich ein großes Doppelbett mit 180 cm Breite für erstklassigen Schlafkomfort und ein großer Kleiderschrank mit genügend Stauraum auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ein mobiler Schreibtisch dient als zweiter Arbeitsplatz. Trotz der verkehrsgünstigen Lage finden Sie im Apartment eine fast dörfliche Ruhe. An den Wänden hängen Bilder von österreichischen Art-Brut-Künstlern aus Gugging.
