There's a supermarket and a drugstore 2 minutes away as well as a shopping mall with a foodcourt and cinema 8 minutes footwalk away. Enjoy the Donauinsel a huge green area right behind the mall along the danube river for extensive walks and runs and swimming in summer.
The main University, BOKU and WU are all about 20 minutes away by public transport.
