Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und hat eine große Terrasse, die den Bewohnern zur Verfügung steht. In der Wohnung gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit einer Miniküche, ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne sowie eine Toilette mit Waschbecken. Zusätzlich steht unseren Bewohnern eine Waschmaschine sowie einen Trockner zur Verfügung.
Das Haus befindet sich im vierten Wiener Bezirk, und aufgrund ihrer zentralen Lage ist ein Traumort für Studenten insbesondere Austauschstudenten. Die Lage des Hauses ist besonders attraktiv: Es befindet sich in der Nähe von Hauptbahnhof. Hervorragende Infrastruktur aufgrund der sehr kurzen Entfernung zum Hauptbahnhof mit diversen Linien des öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sowie zahlreiche Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt im Hauptbahnhof der auch am Sonntag geöffnet ist. Außerdem sind alle Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Spar, Billa, Hofer, Bipa nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, sowie unterschiedliche Cafés und Restaurants.
Jede Woche putzt unsere Reinigungskraft die Küche, Badezimmer, Toilette und Flure, um sicherzustellen, dass die Wohnung in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand ist.

When you enter the room, you enter a small hallway from which you can access the bathroom and bedroom.
The bedroom and living room has a comfortable single bed, a table with two chairs and a desk with a desk chair.
There is also a small fridge and a storage space for personal belongings.
The large window gives a lot of daylight.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a heater on which you can hang your towels, a large washbasin with a mirror above and a toilet.
Outside the room there are common lounges for exciting game evenings and a large shared kitchen.
There is also a shared laundry room and a bicycle cellar.
WLAN is available throughout the house and is included in the price.
The home is located in the 17th district of Hernals and can be reached, e.g. from the University of Vienna, in less than 15 minutes by tram 43/44 from Schottentor. In the immediate vicinity there are shopping facilities of all kinds, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as various cultural offers and the underground station U6 Alserstrasse is only 500m away on foot.
The price is valid for bookings of four months or more. A shorter stay is also possible but at different conditions.

The apartment has a beautiful shared living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a seperate toilet.
It is located in a charming old listed building in the famous Spittelberg area of Vienna and right behind the MuseumsQuartier. There are several restaurants, bars, shops near by. The city center you will reach within 5 walking minutes.
At the moment a very nice young woman is living in the apartment, she is a working professional and has been living there for about 1,5 years now.
The basic rent for the room is 550€ per month plus an additional 100€ for utilities.
The deposit is 1300€
The contract for the room is for a period of 3 yerars but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 6 months within a 2-months notice. You can register at the apartment.

WE ARE JUST REFURBISHING THE ROOM SO THE PICS THAT YOU SEE ARE FURNITURE EXAMPLES (ONLY THE FIRST 4 PICTURES, THE REST OF THE PICS AND VIDEO ARE FROM THE FLAT ITSELF.) PLEASE CHECK OUT THE FLOORPLAN OT THE FLAT TO EXACTLY SEE HOW THE LAYOUT WILL BE.
The flat is very light and has a big and spacious kitchen and a huge living room, where you can kick back with your flatmates, watch TV and cook together.
With a comfortable bed, fresh linen, wardrobe and a workspace, washing-machine, hair drier, and so on, you will have everything you need and more. Everything (heating, electricity, internet etc.) is included in the price, so you can move in directly without worrying about anything.
The area around Alsergrund is beautiful and the Volksoper is right next to it. The neighborhood provides plenty of shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport and the very city center (U6 station 50m away).

This lovely little apartment has the following furniture included: a bedcouch, a table & 2 chairs, a warderobe and a mini kitchen with fridge, freezer and a cooking plate. It is very close to Wien Meidling Philadelphiabrücke (metro line U6), various trams and buses are right in front of the house. You've got grocery shopping just around the corner, a park and restaurants nearby as well as doctors, schools and a kindergarden. Other bars and cultural activities are within walking distance.
Meidling is the 12th district of Vienna and is located southwest of the city center. The Meidlinger Markt is located on Niederhofstraße, in addition to market stalls and gastronomy there is also a farmers' market with rural goods. At the southern end of Meidlinger Hauptstraße is the Arcade Meidling shopping center, whose upper floor is used by a branch of the Vienna libraries and a music school.
The minimum rental period is 10 months. Then you are free to decide if you want to stay for a longer time. Indefinite living is also possible if you want.
The deposit is either to be transferred until the keys are handed over or to be brought in cash. In case of cash payment you will receive an invoice on site.
