This apartment is ONLY for one person, no couples possible.
The studio is 30 sqm big and has a 5 sqm balcony, a perfect place for a start. The windows are facing the quiet courtyard and it's on the 2nd floor with elevator. It's fully equipped, there is even a dishwasher and a washing machine. The closet is 3 meters long and 3 meters high, so enough space for your clothes. There is very big working desk, very big TV and a small sofa as well. The bed is 1,40 m wide, so it's only for a single person.

Lovely room with high ceilings in the heart of Vienna.
The apartment is in a wonderful location within walking distance of many sights. A supermarket is 1 minute from the apartment, the subway is 2 minutes away, and the beautiful Vienna Danube is 5 minutes away, where you can watch the sunset and have a cocktail in the riverside bars. You can also walk to Stephansdom, the sign of Vienna, charming on the way and falling in love with the architecture and the beauty of this magical city.
Room.
Very nice and cozy room, inside there is a private shower room, private kitchen with utensils, kettle, electric stove and refrigerator, as there is a bar table with chairs where you can easily have breakfast and go on a trip to adventure :) up the stairs after a day well spent you can have a good sleep. The apartment is located in the center, but at the same time in a secluded and quiet place, so you almost do not hear outside noises. The apartment has a common toilet, as well as a shared washer and dryer.
Near the apartment there are all necessary stores, post office and pharmacy within walking distance.
In 10 minutes there is the first district, the center of Vienna, if you walk in the other direction you'll get to a wonderful entertainment town "Vienna Prater", in the evening when it's all lit up, looks like in a fairy tale. Also be sure to visit the museums and palast „Schönbrunn", there are "Cafe Gloriette" where you can drink coffee with a view of the whole Vienna, you can also go to "Cafe Central" and indulge yourself with delicious sweet pastries.

Our apartment Naschmarkt classic is a lovely, bright apartment in a calm courtyard environment. It is a typical Viennese apartment building from the 19th century. The high ceilings and the large double wing doors give the apartment that special ambiance. The apartment consists of an ante room, a large living room with an integrated kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom with WC.
The living room is furnished with a round glasstable and chairs, a TV set, a couch, which can be transformed into an additional single bed (90 x 200 cm in size). The kitchen in the living room is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove, an oven, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a washing machine as well as cook- and dinnerware.
In the bedroom, there are two wooden double beds (140 x 200 cm in size). Thus, you can have two persons in separate beds or up to four people sleeping there.
In the bathroom there is a shower, a WC and a washing basin. Towels will be provided as well.
All five Naschmarkt apartments are in the same building. We can therefore accommodate larger groups in one building.

The apartment building is centrally located at Franzensgasse, a small alley with lots of houses from the „Biedermeier“ era in the inner district of „Margareten“. Just around the corner you can find Viennas most beautiful market the „Naschmarkt“ where you can find a lot of Vienna's food specialities, cafés, bars and restaurants.
Within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance lies the historic center of Vienna, the 1st district or „Innere Stadt“, where a lot of Viennas famous attractions such as St. Charles Cathedral, the imperial castle, the state opera or the spanish riding school can be found. If that is too far, you can walk just a few minutes to the subway station „Kettenbrückengasse“ (line U4) and the next stop „Karlsplatz“ is already in the center of Vienna.
You can also reach Viennas famous shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße on foot. It is only about 10 minutes away, as is the Museumsquartier, a courtyard full of Museums, which lies at the beginning of Mariahilfer Straße.

Our apartment Naschmarkt mini is located in the mezzanine of a 19th century apartment building. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen corner and a bathroom with a WC.
The studio apartment is equipped with a double bed (140 x 200 cm in size) with comfy mattress. Furthermore there is a doorway with a wooden double wing door that has been transformed into a large wardrobe. There is also a dresser, a dining table with three chairs and an armchair. There is a flatscreen TV with satellite receiver attached to the wall and free WIFI internet access.
The kitchen area is equipped with an oven and an electric stove, a fume hood, a fridge with a freezer and a sink. Cookware and dinnerware as well as an electric kettle, electric iron and an ironing board are also provided.
The bathroom is separated from the living room by a sliding door and is equipped with a washing machine, a toilet, a shower and a washbasin. Towels will be provided as well.

Im Wohnbereich mit Küche, Essbereich mit großem Tisch und einem Fernseher mit ausklappbarer Couch und einem ausklappbarem Sessel. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, einen zweiten Fernseher und einen großen Kasten.

Ich habe mitterleiweile schon einige Jahre Erfahrung als Gastgeberin. Ich spreche Englisch, Deutsch, Italienisch und ein bisschen Niederländisch und Französisch.
Ich wohne ganz in der Nähe und bin für meine Gäste immer erreichbar - telefonisch oder auch per Nachrichten(hidden). Sollte es Fragen oder Probleme geben, bin ich da und wir finden immer eine Lösung.

You can easily reach the city center by Tram ( 10 min to Opera), the closest U-Bahn is 10 min walk. The apartment has air condition, sunblinds as well as smart heating system and Smart lock (Nuki). In the building there is also a small fitness room available for tenants.
Unser Apartment Naschmarkt nature ist eine liebevoll renovierte Wohnung mit altem Gewölbe in einem über 200 Jahre alten Haus. Aber natürlich müssen Sie auf keine Annehmlichkeiten unserer Zeit verzichten. Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist aber dennoch hell und freundlich. Im Sommer bleibt die Wohnung dadurch herrlich kühl. Der Zutritt erfolgt über den Innenhof des Hauses.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorraum, einem ruhigen, hofseitigen Schlafzimmer, einem Badezimmer mit bodenebener Dusche und einem getrennten WC sowie einer großzügigen Wohnküche. Hier gibt es eine Schlafnische mit einem Doppelbett, welche mit einem blick- und lichtdichten Vorhang vom Rest des Raums abgetrennt ist. Zusätzlich verfügt die Wohnung über eine gemütliche Terrasse in den Innenhof des Hauses, welche durch ein Hochbeet abgetrennt ist in dem im Sommer leckeres Gemüse wächst.
Die Betten im Schlafzimmer und in der Schlafnische sind jeweils 160 x 200 cm groß. Außerdem gibt es natürlich Möglichkeiten, Kleidung und Gepäck zu verstauen. Vier Personen können bequem im Apartment Naschmarkt nature übernachten. Bei Bedarf kann auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer noch eine fünfte Person (Kind) schlafen. Es handelt sich allerdings nicht um ein ausziehbares Sofa, die Liegefläche ist 180 x 80 cm groß.
Im Wohnraum des Apartments befinden sich ein gemütliches Sofa und ein Esstisch. In der modernen Küchenzeile finden Sie alles was man braucht: Induktionskochfeld (zwei Kochplatten), Backrohr, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, French Press für Kaffee und genügend Koch- und Essgeschirr sowie Kochutensilien.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einer bodenebenen Dusche und einem Waschbecken ausgestattet. Wenn Sie Wäsche waschen möchten, gibt es eine Waschküche im Haus, welche mit zwei weiteren Apartments geteilt wird. Hier gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner, die Sie benutzen können. Das WC ist getrennt vom Badezimmer, hier gibt es auch ein kleines Waschbecken und einen Spiegel.
