From October 1st onwards there is 1 beatiful room available in a fully furnished shared student apartment in the 4th district, in Graf Starhemberggasse. The U1 stop Südtirolerplatz and the bus 13 A are just around the corner. You will also find a lot of shops and restaurants near by.
The apartment has 5 bedrooms in total, at the moment only make stundents live there, who get along with eachother very well.
The room is furnished with a single bed (including pillow and blanket), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a beautiful shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and an extra toilet.
The room costs € 510 This price is per month. Plus 70€ for heating/electricity and 10€ for Internet.
The deposit is two months rent and has to be paid before your move in.
No smoking and no pets allowed
The contract is for a period of 3 years, but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months at the end of February, August or September within a 2-months notice.

The furnished shared room is located on the 1st floor with an elevator in a new building in the 5th district of Vienna, Margareten. The room is approximately 12 sqm, east-facing, with a single bed made of solid pine wood, storage space under the bed with wheels, a large solid pine wood wardrobe, a nightstand, a desk, and a chair.
The apartment has a central hallway, storage room, bathroom with a tub and 2 sinks, WC, and a fitted kitchen with Siemens appliances, an extractor hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom and WC are separate. Internet WLAN is available. The laundry room is in the 2nd basement, with a washing machine and dryer. There is a quiet green courtyard garden. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. A private parking space in the 1st basement with an elevator is available for an additional fee.

SAE Institute Vienna Linke Wienzeile is a few minutes on foot. U4-Pilgramgasse is a 3-minute walk, and bus stops 12A and 14A are right in front of the building. Bus 14A goes to Mariahilferstraße, S-Bahn station Matzleinsdorfer Platz, and U1-Reumannplatz. It takes 12 minutes from home to Greenpeace Austria (5 stops with 14A).
