The room is FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed!
You are going to have everything you need. A bed with linen, wardrobe and a workspace (Desk and chair). This room has an own dressing/cloths room and a own entrance. It has also direct access to the bathroom.
The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport. The flat is near the S-Bahn (all 5 min to Praterstern) station Wien Traisengasse Bahnhof. It is 3 min by walk away. U6 is also only 3 min by walk away. At prater stern you have also U1 and U2. At the millenium tower (10 min walk) is also one of few grocery shops in Vienna which are open on sundays. The location is one with the best connections in all directions in Vienna. From there you have a perfect train, tram and metro (U4, U6, S-Bahn all 5 min) connection to the city and the airport. From the flats door to the Airport you need 30min because of the S-Bahn.
The city center, main train stations, airport and universities are very well reachable with the metro and tram. The swimming area of the Danube is very close and easy reachable by bike or with the U6 metro line. The Vienna international district is easy reachable by bike or S-Bahn and U1. It is very near.
All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with your flatmates.
The flat fulfills all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet.
The shared flat (3 rooms) is mixed and ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people.
This flatsharing is perfect for students, interns, flight attendants or young professionals to get a good start in the new city.

We provide events for our tenants mostly all two weeks, where we cook, make barbecue, go for parties, play poker etc. We have also a group of international people in Vienna which provides you a good start because you always have someone to do something if you want. At the events also our two CEOs take part so you get the chance to get to know them too if you join us. In the last pictures you can see some of our events.

With its typical Viennese style it is fully furnished like in the floor plan in the listing. High ceilings are a must who wants to live in Austria. It is located perfectly for everyone who likes to live urban but also quiet and in a short walking distance to Metro and Tram stations.
The 9th district “Alsergrund” is one of the most popular in Vienna amongst young people. It is in the middle of the city, super hip but also very quiet and residential. You will find tons of nice places to hang out as well as super nice bars and recreational areas. With its beautiful churches and old buildings, the district is perfectly preserved and invite for long walks or dinners at one of its nice places.
The flat itself is newly renovated (new bath, new kitchen, floor heating, new everything), and has a nice kitchen, where you can kick back with your flatmates and cook together. It is located on the ground floor but facing the quiet backyard of the property. In 400m walking distance to the U6 stop “Volksoper” and in 600m the U4 stop “Friedensbrücke” which takes you anywhere in the city in only a couple of minutes. Also the tram line 1 along the ring and lots of bus stations are super close by. If you are planning to get a bike, there is also a space for it on the property.
With a comfortable double bed, a big sofa, fresh linen, wardrobe and a workspace, washing-machine, hair drier and so on, you will have everything you need and more. Everything (heating, electricity, internet etc.) is included in the price, so you can move in directly without worrying about anything.
Connection to public transport:
The neighborhood provides plenty of shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport and the very city center. Within a very short walking distance (150m) you will find the Metro Stop U6 “Thaliastraße” and also 3 Tram lines that take you everywhere in the city.

This is a spacious, light-filled and elegant 73m2 flat in the 2nd district of Vienna: Situated in the historic "Stuwerviertel", in a quiet tree-lined street right across from Wirtschafts Universität (Economics University), Messe and Prater, the apartment includes a large combined Living Room/Dining room, a Bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet (with a window). The flat's logistics are fabulous – with only 2 minutes walk to the Messe-Prater U2 Station and 8 minutes to the Vorgarten U1 station (two stops away from Stephansplatz). Restaurants and shops are only a few steps away, with a EuroSpar (200m), Lidl (220m), Billa and Hofer (400m) within 5-7 minutes walking distance. The Danube, with opportunities for walking and sports, is within a casual 10 minutes-stroll. The flat is on the 3rd floor (no lift).
Tastefully furnished, the flat features modern Nordic style elements and includes all amenities. The living room area includes a large TV set and sports a comfortable sofa and two seats. A separate desk in the bedroom offers a quite space for working, in addition to the dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a larger fridge/freezer set and invites you to prepare your own homecooked meals, which you can then enjoy at the dining table that is sizeable enough to host friends or colleagues. The washing machine is located in the bathroom; an ironing board and iron are also available.
Across the flat, there is plenty of storage space for your things. And while the flat is best suited for occupancy by singles or couples, the sofa in the Living Room can be unfolded to accomodate a guest. WiFi is of course available in the whole apartment.
While the flat does not include a separate parking lot, parking space can usually found in the public parking areas (against. afee). Vienna is best explored using public transport; if you do bring a car, you might need to register in order to get long-term parking permit.
Please be aware once the booking is done on HousingAnywhere we send you the contract. The cleaning fee of 120€ must be on our bank account to get the keys.
Please also note that we have included a provision for Utilities (mostly Gas) into the total monthly fee (1500€). However, we had one person renting the flat who by far exceeded this. So we now have made a provision for 100€ in addition every two month but consider this an estimate. We can sort out the details when you are here.
