Alle Verkehrsmittel erreicht man innerhalb von 5 Minuten und man findet alle Geschäfte, die zum täglichen Leben benötigt werden sowie Apotheken und Ärzte in wenigen Minuten. Das AKH ist etwa fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und daher eignet sich die Wohnung auch bestens für medizinisches Personal.

You can reach all the public transportation facilities within 5 minutes which will bring you in 10 minutes in the city centre and to the main University. Also the University of Natural Resources and Life sciences is easy to reach by feet or by public transportation. Shops for daily day live needs you will find within 3 or 5 minutes walk. The apartment is on the ground floor and located in Breitegasse in one of the best locations of Vienna, right behind the famous MuseumsQuartier.
The shopping street Mariahilferstraße is just a 3 minutes walk away and you will reach the city center in within a 10 minutes walk.
There are several public transport stops just around the corner (U3/U2 Volkstheater, tram Nr. 46, 49, bus 48A, 13A)The room is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair.
The apartement has 4 bedrooms in total, a shared and equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a seperate toilet.
The room is available from nowonwards.
The contract is for 3 years, but can be cancelled by the tenant after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice at the end of February, August or September.
