In the courtyard downstairs there is a table and chairs, so in summer you can chill outside even there is no direct entry from the apartment, you have to go downstairs.

While the apartment doesn't include a parking lot, there is a parking garage (BOE Ludo-Hartmann-Platz) 2 walking minutes away.
🚇 GETTING AROUND
With the very good connection to public transport (U6 Thaliastrasse is just few walking minutes away, as well as the tram line nr 46), it's super easy to get around the city quickly. Tram line nr 2 connects you to the city centre as well and to the University of Vienna and Technical University.
🛒 At Brunnenmarkt, a popular market just down the street, you can buy fresh food daily. And if you don't feel like cooking, we can highly recommend the restaurant Little India on the ground floor of our house. You can eat there or just order take away.
