It’s also good, because we always take care that the common area is good noise protected from the rooms. Of course, the rooms to each other too.
With all our tenants and also our alumni tenants we organize summer BBQ events at the Danube and different parties, sport events like skiing in the alps and a lot more events. One of our main aims is to build together with you a great open minded international community and provide you a life in Vienna (soon in more citys) with a lot of friends and social contacts like back in your hometown.
