This charming flat is situated in the heart of Vienna, only 7 minutes by foot away from the main University of Vienna and the Inner City. The 8th district is known for the highest quality of living in all of Vienna, and you will be settled in a side street of a lively shopping and dining area, on the 3rd floor with elevator in a typical Viennese building with high ceilings. The rooms are sunny and light and the building is very safe and quiet. Bus and tram stops are at the next corner. Zentrale Wohnung in Wien direkt vor dem Augarten mit 60m2. Der Augarten hat einen großen Park für viele Freizeitaktivitäten. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und eine Küche sowie ein Badezimmer. Die Räume sind sehr hoch und sehr hell und wirken durch ihre Höhe sehr groß. Die Wohnung ist eine Stadtwohnung aber sehr ruhig da sich eine Einbahnstrasse hat und gegenüber befindet sich gleich der große Park. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss wodurch sie einfach erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung wurde neu renoviert und ist voll funktionstüchtig. Anhand der Fotos können sie genau sehen wie die Wohnung aussieht. Sehr nahe befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die Bäckerei der Mann um alles zu besorgen. Auch befindet sich eine Strassenbahn nahe der Wohnung wo sie in 10 Minuten im 1010 Bezirk sind in Herzens von Wien.

From October onwards there is a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment available that can be rented for a period of 2-6 months.
The house is located in Breite Gasse, right behind the famous Museumsquartier. It is also in the middle of the Spittelberg district with many restaurants, cafes, museums and shopping facilities and excellent public transport connections. You will reach the City Center within a few Walking minutes.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and all windows are towards the beautiful green patio.
The apartment is furnished and has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathrub and a toilet, a small entrance hall and a seperate toilet for guests.
The rent per month is 2350€
A registration at the apartment is possible, but only as a secondary residence (Nebenwohnsitz).
You will also receive a rental agreement.

A fully furnished apartment, with an excellent location. The flat is conveniently located just minutes walking distance away from Vienna's bustling city centre.
You will find everything you might desire in the trendy neighbourhood in which the building is located, from organic food delis, flower shops, cafes, to some of the best restaurants.
A spacious apartment featuring two bedrooms with a double bed and a working desk, a living room with sofas, dining table and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. In addition, there is an extra bathroom and toilette in the apartment.
*We offer cleaning every second week.

from now onwards there are 2 rooms available in a beautiful shared student in the 20. district of Vienna, on Durchlaufstraße.
The apartment has 5 bedrooms in total. At the moment only students live there.
The rooms are around 7m2 each and furnished with a single bed, a desk+chair and a wardrobe. Each room can be locked seperately. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom and a toilet.
The contract for each room is for 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice.
The rent per room is EUR 450,- per month plus an additional EUR 60,- per month for utilities (heating, electricity, internet). So in total it is EUR 510,-
The deposit is EUR 1020,-
There are no pets allowed and also no smoking inside the apartment.
