The swimming area of the Danube is very close and easy reachable by bike or with the U6 metro line. The Vienna international district is easy reachable by bike or S-Bahn and U1. It is very near.
All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen, shower and toilet are shared with your flatmates.
The shared flat (3 rooms) is mixed and ideal for all city newcomers to meet new people.

The house is modern, has bicycle storage and luggage storage.
The rooms have got a modern design, wooden floor, and a comfortable double bed.

You will be very close to all Landstraße amenities. It is a great location, with only one min away from the tube station. supermarket, market, post office, coffee shops are 3 min walking distance.
There is one tenant living in the apartment who is age 65 female, she will be occupying the room part time however in summer she is away.
Her spoken language is Russian, she is very quiet.
