You will be the first to move into our newly constructed apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen that has everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. All apartments have spacious bathrooms with washing and drying machine. The apartments are also provided with energy-efficient floor-heating system that can be controlled individually for your comfort.

Our newly built building surrounded by a green courtyard creates a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Graz' city life.
The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the (hidden) community. There are four community spaces in the building. Some of them feature kitchens, others include lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, dining areas, and more. You can spend time networking with your flatmates here or just relax in our beautifully designed spaces.

Lend is the first neighborhood on the west side of the Mur. It is home to some of the city's most popular art galleries and cultural institutions such as the Kunsthaus (the curiously-looking modern art museum), the Murinsel as well as the Graz main train station. Next to the cultural aspects, vibrant Lend hosts some of the best spots to go shopping as well as multiple restaurants and bars.

There is a laundry room in the building with washing machines and dryers. You can use them via an app (extra charge).
The building is located south of the old town and about a 15-minute walk from Jakominiplatz.

- Once we invite you to book, please transfer the first month's rent via this platform to make the reservation
- We will then contact you via email: you then need to fill out an application form with your details.
- Please also provide us with your salary income statements of the last three months.
A deposit of 2-month's rent needs to be paid ahead of move-in.

Move in to a beautiful fully equiped apartment including Netflix. The apartment is ideal located close to the universities (KFU and TU) and is therefore particularly suitable for students, teachers or expats who want to spend several month in Graz. You can move in to the fully equipped, comfortable apartment quick and easy. The entire apartment is only used by yourself - you don ́t have to share the rooms with others.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, store and a small balcony. The directly adjacent Rosenberg invites you for a walk or sports in the greenery. Also the city center can be reached in 10-15 minutes by foot. The main station is also reachable by bus in about 10 min.
