We are offering a room in a 3-bedroom apartment located in the centre of Ljubljana, only about a minute away from the Dragon Bridge, Three Bridges (Prešern square), Faculty of Law, Faculty of Medicine, and Faculty of Criminology... The room is very nice and bright; it has 12 m2, new bed (140x200), big closet, desk, chair, big window and a nice view. The apartment is completely renewed in 2016; all household appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, ironing set etc.) are relatively new, as well as kitchen, toilette and bathroom, doors, windows and floors. The apartment is shared with two other Erasmus students/interns. Distance from: supermarket (ground floor of the building), bus station (15 metres), restaurants and cafes’ (ground floor of the building), Ljubljanica River (50 metres).
Price: 490€/month (all expenses included). 400€ safety deposit.

This is an apartment in a house in quiet, green area. We have 4 single rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet which you share with other students. The rooms and kitchen are fully furnished. We also have pillows, blankets and sheets available if you need it. The house also has a garden and parking space which you can use. Bus station is 2min walk away.
Modern bright apartment is located on the third floor of the renovated building in a good location, Sarhova Street 26, overlooking the landscaped park with trees.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms (for 3 person) in a modern minimalistic apartment. The apartment also has an entrance hall, the toilet is separated from the bathroom and the kitchen. No living room. All together 69 km2.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is bank, the post office, the bakery, there is a nearby car park, a most frequent bus (number 6, goes on every 5 min.), directly to the city center is 50m away.
In the neighborhood, only 500m away, there are Economic faculty, Faculty of administration and Faculty of social sciences. The apartment also has a washing machine & dryer, dishwasher, fast internet (Wi-Fi), TV... Kitchen is fully stacked.

A cozy and affordable single bed room in great location in Ljubljana
This is a fully furnished, single bed room in the ground floor flat in a typical Ljubljana town house.
It is a cozy room with everything you will need during your stay (comfy bed, closet, study desk and some
shelves) and it gets plenty of natural light but also shade in the summer from the hazel bush growing just
outside the window. You will be sharing the flat with three house mates.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with view of the garden and a bathroom with a bath tub and a a
toilet. The house has a private garden and a patio where you can barbecue, sunbathe or just simply relax after a
busy day. There is also possibility of parking (behind a gate) and the best thing is the fantastic location.
House is literally 2 minutes (walking distance) away from the green oasis of the city, famous Tivoli park
and 5 minutes from city center on one side and city bike and bus stations (for more distant destinations)
on the other. For your weekend trips around Europe you can just hop on a train which is also in immediate
vicinity (Tivoli station).
The price of the rent does not include the utility costs (water, gas, electricity, internet...) which usually average at
around 60-70€ per person/month during winter season. In case of any emergencies in the flat, the maintenance crew is always on
stand-by. There is also an option of cleaning service.

We offer double/single rooms (19 m2). The room can be rented by one person or couple.

Our facility is a hostel, we have been hosting tourists since 2014. Rooms are available for long-term rent for students only from October 1st to May 30th! At other times we operate as a hostel and the room is paid for on a nightly basis (from 60 euros per night).
Our hostel is located on 2 floors in a beautiful historic building. Each floor has 4-5 rooms, a kitchen or buffet and shared bathrooms. Some rooms have their own bathroom or balcony. The house is located on the river embankment in the very center of the historical part of Ljubljana.
The rooms are clean and well equipped.
For all students there is a kitchen, washing machine and iron.
Provided: bed, desk, clothes hanger and shelves, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, stove, toaster, microwave, kettle, linens.

Just 100-300 meters from the entrance: supermarket and ATM, bars and cafes, pharmacy, bus stop, 24-hour bakery, bank, Trafica store. Three bridges on the central square are about 5 minutes walk and Tivoli Park is about 10-20 minutes walk.
Within a 2-5 minute walk are the main building of the University of Ljubljana, the Faculty of Architecture, the Faculty of Arts, the Narvotechnical Faculty, the Central Library, etc.

We are offering the single rooms in a shared apartment. The single rooms are very pretty and different spaces. The apartment is shared with students. The apartment is very bright and brand new - washing machine, dishwasher, shower, two toilets, bathtub, the kitchen and the very space dining and living room. The apartment is in the Centre of Ljubljana, opposite Parliament. Just few minutes away from University of Ljubljana -Faculties by bus or by foot, also very near to the Three bridges, Prešern square etc.

The very nice apartment is perfectly located and is fully equipped so it will serve you as your home on Erasmus. It is amazing for couples. There is one room, with a king-size bed and a closet. Kitchen is new and very nice.
There is also a nice balcony to spend some free time with a nice street view. Location is perfect for your Erasmus experience.
