The apartment is very bright and brand new - washing machine, dishwasher, shower, one toilet, bathtub, the kitchen, dining and living room. The apartment is in near the Centre of Ljubljana. Just few minutes away from University of Ljubljana -Faculties by bus or by foot.

A studio with a view!
This small, but cozy studio with a view of the castle is the perfect place to call home. It features a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook delicious meals, and some storage for your belongings!
Please note that the WC is shared outside of the studio. (The shower is inside the studio). There is also a roof terrace that is shared and accessible! The bed linen and towels are replaced every 14 days.
The neighborhood of the apartment is one of Ljubljana's most desirable ones to live in Ljubljana. The French ambassador's residence is just next to the building. In front of the building, there is a park with an outside gym. The closest grocery store and a bar are just across the park. And the closest restaurant is 3 minutes walk away. The studio apartment Bolero B was renovated in 2023, with an emphasis on colour, modern design and comfort. In the living room there is a sofa that can be extended into an additional bed for 2 people (160 x 200 cm), LCD TV, a dining table for 4 people, a desk and a fully equipped kitchen, with an induction electric hob, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with separate freezers, toasters, coffee aspartate and dishes and accessories. The bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) is separated from the living room by a curtain. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Free WiFi, bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are available to guests.
There are free parking spaces on the street next to the building, where it is possible to park if it is free, otherwise the nearest smaller paid public parking is only 100 meters away (reservations required by prior arrangement) and in the nearby Tivoli Park (distance 900 meters ).

The house is located on the river embankment in the very center of the historical part of Ljubljana.

This comfortable and air-conditioned apartment is located in the historical centre on Rimska cesta, behind the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Drama theater and just a step away from congress center Cankarjev dom. It is in the 1st floor of the low traditional building without elevator access.
In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and utility with vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator, glass-ceramic oven, stove, cooking utensils, cutlery. In the living area there is a sofa which falls down to bed (140 x 200 cm), LCD TV and dinning table for 4 persons. From the living room there is an entrance to the bedroom with two twin beds and writing desk. Beds can be devided or put together. The apartment is also equipped with CATV, broadband wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access.
